Instructor background: Ajay Maharjan is a seasoned freelance photographer specializing in portrait, street, culture and travel photography with a strong photojournalistic background. He is a co-founder of "PhotoWalkers Nepal," that lead an open weekly photowalk platform, fostering a community where photographers engage in challenges, travel, and mutual learning. Additionally, he serves as an Admin for "Nepalese in Photography (NIP)," a group dedicated to nurturing and inspiring emerging photographers. He has more than a decade of experience and is currently working for the World Health Organization Nepal and has collaborated with various reputable agencies such as UNHCR, UNFPA, ICIMOD, and the Asia Foundation.
